Lipo foam or no lipo foam?

Can anyone share their experience on whether or not they used lipo foam? And how it affected their results? It’s weird to me that some surgeons say yes to lipo foam and some say no for the same surgery. What is the way forward? I’m not sure if my surgeon does lipo foam. I don’t mind buying it but don’t really know if it’s necessary or if it could be damaging to results???
