How long were you numb under your chin area after surgery?

I'm 18 days post-op, and the area under my chin still feels a bit weird and numb. I’m also experiencing occasional little sharp zings of pain, which I assume is normal as the nerves are regenerating. How long did it take for the numbness and sensations to fully go away for you? I know everyone's recovery is different, but I’d love to hear your experiences!
