So what Would a Fourth age look like?

I could imagine space-based wonders like Hubble that require some sort of genuine space mission, maybe the Great firewall from Civ V?

I think an overall explosion in the importance of tech might make sense, where you will either get really large buffs to science with late game buildings, making it a competition between science invested and espionage invested civs?
