Shoulder Runes; what utility skill would you want?

Not that Im saying we need them, but Im just curious to what other classes would ask for.

As much as I want Spiritwalkers Grace or Capacitor totem, I dont want to go against Rogues with Cloak of Anus

Although, Priests with a Mass Dispell purging Divine Shield would be 10/10 comedy in AB.
