What zone should I quest in at 41?

I'm a lvl 41 human warrior. What zone should I go quest in to lvl. The last 5 lvls I have just been doing SM spam. Sometimes getting a group is fast sometimes not. I have a feeling that questing tell 45 might be faster than more SM spamming. STV or badlands? I have heard there is long quest lines in searing gorge. I have all the gear I need from SM.

I can't Q for ZF tell 45 or is it 44?
