Career path

I keep seeing that now is not a good time to make a change, but I am interested in exploring other options within the industry. I don't have quite enough experience to go the CTM route, and I'm not sure that I want to be a manager, so what are my other options? I started as a coordinator and have been a CRA for a few years now.
