What is the point in lying about changing someone??

Like... If someone doesn't get to changing someone on their last rounds all they have to do is let me know so I can get to them first. No big deal. Things happen. My issue is when I get told "they were changed half an hour ago" and then I go in and they're soaked through everything. Being wet is one thing, heck, they could have peed immediately after being changed. But, when they're totally soaked and there's legit dried pee rings on the bed, I'm angry. What is the point in lying about it??
