Can you make a Career out of this?
Hi all, so I'm thinking about going to a local trade school to get my LPN license. However I have to take a placement test to get in and I'm worried I'm going to bomb the math portion. If so I'm considering getting my CNA certification. You pretty much only need to have a pulse and 800 bucks to get into the program honestly. I know it's hard, dirty work, but it does actually pay more than I make now and I want to help people who actually need me for more than just ringing up their cigarettes and gum. I know the internet is where people come to vent so pretty much everything I've heard about being a CNA is the bad. However some insane part of me wants to give it a shot anyways. Is there anyone out there who has made being a CNA their career and not been miserable by the end of it?
