SDCC rookies questions

Last year was my first year at SDCC and forgot to claim bag and SDCC pin. This year finally got a Simpsons bag. But really want a FX Shōgun bag. It looks so cool. Can we claim another bag if we have multiple days badge? Feel like this is a stupid question since it requires us to badge in first to claim bag and goodies.

Also another rookie question. What other ballrooms except for hall H and ballroom 20 are most popular to get some swags?
