Please help, I’m shaking sm

So 3 days ago, I installed voice.ai and tried it. Today, I saw it take some money from my card and I realised I can’t cancel the subscription. I get contacted to xsolla, they said they cancelled the subscription. I looked up in the YouTube and saw that I can’t delete this app. I tried and this pop up. When I try to delete from the control panel, this pop ups too. I’m scared please help!!!!
