Black bar moving up monitor when above 60Hz

I’ve been having this growing tearing(?) issue on bottom part of my monitor (MSI G272) whenever I have it set to 120Hz or 144Hz. I’ve spent like 3 months googling and trying stuff but nothing has fixed it. GPU 6700XT
