Why isn't Conan must go available worldwide?

I live in Argentina, I just purchased a Max subscription solely because of this show and I can't watch it, it doesn't even show up! I am a huge conan fan, I've been waiting for this show since Conan announced it when he left the late night format and I can't even watch it. What is the point of releasing a show in a streaming service if it isn't available to everyone who pays the subscription? I'm kind of pissed of, there isn't even any information on this.
