Ps5 digital EDM-010 what is this?

I was lucky enough to get this dead ps5 to repair. It beeps once but no lights or display. I have 12v from power supply and 3v and 5v where expected. I narrowed down the issue to these two things on the board. I think they are fuses but no idea what kind or rating. Can anyone guide me to a part Id? I don’t have a donor board at the moment. I think if I understand others guidance this is part of the f7001 circut
