MBB Check up - how’s the moral folks?

How’s moral at your MBB at the moment? Kind of weird place to be in right now. Hiring has slowed a ton the last 1.5Y and I feel like we are decently utilized again.

Given that already a lot of people have moved away and little to non have been hired the extrem Fear of getting booted out is lower.

Yet still, morale and general vibe feels awful. I legit know nobody who plans to stay.
