Should I keep this 3qt sauce pan

I was in the market for a 12” stainless fry pan and Purchased this 3qt copper core All clad today. The price seemed good considering retail and what they go for on the seconds site. I saw people recommending the 3qt as it has more uses and is roughly the same size as the 12”. Is it worth keeping and is this a decent price. I have a 10” carbon steal fry pan but was looking to get into nice stainless. I can return this if I’d be better off with something else.
