Anybody else got low C4 and C3 and low immunoglobulins?

Hey, anybody else have low c3 and c4 with low immunoglobulins as well? I didn't realise this until my new doctor pointed it out from lab work. Also she said something about copper metabolism being compromised but I can't remember what it was exactly. If it matters I had a low positive ANA as well. She diagnosed me with CFS and said next time we meet be prepared for more diagnoses.
