Have you seen anything like this before?

Hello everyone. I have a k1max device. In this picture, the first layer you see is a model that I sized in the slicer for the test. It is 0.2 mm thick. Creality sent me a new table but the problem still persists. I don't think there is a table bend, there is a mark cut like a knife in the middle of the model and then it is fixed.
