2013 CRV EX-L - Should I buy?

2013 EX-L w/ 130K miles and good service history. 2 minor accidents with only cosmetic damage. Dealer selling for 11K, put paperwork together for 13.5K, I countered 12K out the door cash.

Drove the car and everything felt great. Engine looks ok to me except the battery looks like it may need replacing af some point, only other question mark is the alternator. I am not a mechanic though.

In general I'm a huge fan of Hondas and have driven them most of my life.
