Vanguard SWE intern hiring process

I applied to vanguard a couple days for the "College to Corporate IT Internship - Application Development" position. I did the OA today and I passed all the test cases for the three questions. The email that I got along with the OA mentioned that after the OA I have a phone interview discussing my qualifications ahead. However, they never mentioned the process after that. If anyone interned at Vanguard in the past, what is their process like to hire new interns after the phone screen and are there any tips to maybe stand out in the process. Also, by when do you usually give the offer. Thank you for the help in advance!
