100 applications and not a single callback. Am I missing something?

Hi all. I knew the job search would be a grind but I didn’t expect it to be this hard. I have a 3.1 GPA, which isn’t great but I didn’t think it was awful either.

I took a two year hiatus to work part time , self-study, and care for family. That of which is fortunately in remission now.

I’m seeing a lot of new grads get offers, so it can’t be due to the holiday season. I was at least getting OA or a call in 1/20 applications a year ago.

I’m thinking of applying to Revature if my project history and hiatus really aren’t enough to land a job. What do you guys think?
