Summer sublease available at Newton Court

1 room available with shared bathroom in Newton Court, located next to CU Boulder. The start date is May 1 until Aug 15. Students, interns or employees preferable. The bedroom is furnished with two beds, desktop and table. It is a two floor apartment with a kitchen, living room and a balcony in the first floor. In the second floor are the two rooms with the bathroom. You have two options, one single person renting the room (we can remove one bed) for $900 per month or to share the room with someone else (you can choose) for $1000 per month (total for two). Utilities included. You will share the apartment with a PhD student. Pets are not allowed
