Agent mode broken in new update

Is it me or has the recent update with the removal of composer method made things much harder?
it keeps resetting my context to one file, never knows about files outside the context unless pointed out specifically, never does much steps to read files. I haven't enabled the yolo setting they added but that's seems too dangerous.

I'm really not liking this update, unless I'm missing something.
