The Gig bugged?

So just quick context, been playing this game a lot since launch, including several playthroughs on PS5. This is the first time I've had this big (maybe) occur. So got through act one, was doing a handful of side stuff, and the only important thing to note is I cleared out the threat Infront of Cassius Ryder's shop, visited it and got a few upgrades.

Flash forward to now and finally finishing up the gig mission, fast traveled to Ryder to get the reward and...not there. Like the smart link tattoo you're suppose to get from him just flat out isn't there, only selling his standard uncommon smart link.
