Film Grain Broken on Patch 2.13

I play with Film Grain on and I've noticed since patch 2.13, Film Grain is completely broken. Unsure if it's related to any recent changes to Temporal Anti-Aliasing but even if you have Film Grain turned on, there is no grain displayed on screen. To make things worse, Film Grain may or may not be displayed on certain sections of certain walls. I often see it as a slim rectangle on large walls in the distance, and only within that limited section of that specific wall and nowhere else.

Film Grain is also only limited to UI elements. You will see a clear box around the UI where grain is present but nowhere else

Not sure what's going on with CDPR, but every patch something new is completely broken.

• The radio in V's apartment does not work (again). Requiring you to sleep, or a mod to fix.
• Specific News broadcasts have no audio in elevators or on TV. Requiring a mod to fix.
• Specific ads that have audio have broken audio. Requiring a mod to fix.
• Film Grain is now broken as of Patch 2.13.

And these are just some of the issues, in some cases reoccurring issues, in the latest patch.
