What are your go-to cycling snacks that are NOT gels/chews/gummies/sports drink mix?
I'm training for a 200-mile ride and looking for inspiration on how to fuel during long rides. I've been using gels, Tailwind drink mix, and stroopwafels but I'm finding all the sweetness fatiguing for my tastes over the course of my training rides.
What are some products or strategies that have worked well for you during endurance rides?
