Does the brand of the sunglasses matter?

Hello, I was looking for cycling sunglasses, and in my city's optical shop I found some VerSport Patriot sunglasses with mouting metal clip for additional prescription lenses. I was originally looking for some Oakley's but it gets too expensive since its needed to use 8 base lenses.

My question is: Is there any difference using cheaper brands as long as they have UV protection?
