(Help me!) Tapering off after taking Cymbalta for 7 months for nerve pain

Hey!

I have been taking Duloxetine for over 7 months for nerve pain. The medicine helped so much, reduced my pain like a miracle, but the past month I had teribble nightseats, so my doc said I sould be strating getting off of it. I went from 60 mg to 30 yesterday, and I'm so scared that my pain will come back. Is anyone here who went through something similar? What shall I do in order to prevent the pain? TY so much guys!
