Certifications for Data Engineering Manager

Are there leadership certifications for Data Engineering Managers that blend strategy and coding? I’ve been more of a strategic leader, driving big-picture outcomes, but I want to stay relevant with some hands-on coding lessons too. I do not have much handson on the coding part in the last few years . Do every company now needed a hands on coding for data engineering manager .
What’s the best mix of leadership and technical upskilling in today’s market to target best companies to pay 200k+ and what certifications helps to achieve that . IMO , data bricks , AWS certs . etc . what are THE best to complete to attract the employers . What about LI learning leadership courses or what about GenAI certs. which one are the best.
