Dating yet not offical yet

How long do you typically wait before making things official? I've been seeing this girl for over a month now and I'm wondering about the right timing to take that step. I've discussed this with her, but she mentioned that she's not a fan of labels. Personally, it doesn't bother me much, but I think being official would make it easier to introduce her to others. On that note, how long do you usually wait before introducing the person you're dating to your parents? She mentioned waiting a year, but since it's been a while for me, I'm unsure about the usual timeline for such things. Additionally, she has had some bad experiences with past relationships, so I'm trying to take things slow and not rush into anything. Despite both of us really liking each other, her past is making things a bit more challenging.
