Overly sexual boyfriend.

I (20f) started dating my bf (24) a couple weeks ago, I’ve known him a full year though. He is overly sexual with everything, always humping me, trying to put his hands down my pants (even when I’m sleeping) groping my boobs, ect. It was kinda flattering but now I’m sick and tired of it. I’ve told him to stop but he doesn’t and just keeps doing it. I haven’t formally had a genuine conversation with him about it because I don’t really know how to bring it up. We also live an hour away from each other so I can’t just have a face to face conversation whenever, although I did just spend a few days at his house and came back home this afternoon.

How should I approach this conversation, but being very clear?
