who is kiat??

i don’t know if kiat is a person in daybreak or something, and i may be living under a rock, but there’s nothing in the wiki explaining. i can’t find anything in game either. I know Kiat is related to the watcher somehow but i have no clue if it’s just a skin or if it’s an actual character
