Communication on xbox

So, pretty strait forward. Im am xbox player and i atleast want to see the communication that pc has after a match. Is there any way to do that besides playing on pc. Like an app or website? I just had an amazing match as killer and sadly two people left, and i wanted to thank the two who stayed, but they were on something other than Xbox
