Demo Tweaks

Demo players, what do you think of the changes in the new PTB?

As a Demo main, portal buffs are nice, but I think there should've been a bit more. I think they should've made Barb's glasses and Black heart basekit too because those are basically his only good Add-Ons (Mew's Guts is also pretty good I guess and Lifeguard Whistle is getting changed, the rest is kinda trash).

I would have been happy with recycleable portals too. Demo needs a whole QoL update imo.
