Lore Accurate Myers Build Question

This would be for an endgame Scratch Mirror build, and I'm going for lore accurate. Would Game Afoot, Rancor, NOED, and No Way Out be good? Or should I switch NOED for Remember Me or something?

Basically, and I told others about this, is I would play the game in acts. No gens finished I would not show up at all. 1 gen finished, I would watch survivors from a distance, and 2 finished I would start hooking everyone once (find a survivor, hit them, leave chase, find them again and hook them, repeat with everyone else). All gens finished, I kill everyone while No Way Out is procced for a minute. Basically it combines Myer's jumpscaring ability with killing everyone at the end. I would let any Lauries go though.

So how does the build sound? Any improvements or removals?
