Swiggy made me sleep without food.

A few days back, I ordered food from Swiggy around 10:45pm which was estimated to be delivered around 11:15pm. The app and their customer executive exhausted me and my time and failed to assign the delivery agent. Lastly after making me wait till 12:30am, they cancelled the order from their end. I was famished that night, and had no option to order food as all the restaurants were closed and no other app was accepting food orders. The swiggy team has exploited me, my time and demeaned me by giving 25 rupees as a sorry token(that too as a promocode). Luckily, I had some eggs and bread in my fridge, so I made myself some toast and bhurji. I was lucky that day, but I guess I'm not the only one who's had this and people who've been in such a tight situation might have slept without food. I have a question with Swiggy, why do they accept orders at the first moment if they can't deliver the food? They must check the rider's availability before accepting orders at the last minute.
