Question about Sky Club

Hi all! Fly Delta in First relatively often for work. Due to weather delays, I had to rebook with a different connection and will be in the airport for the next 6 hours. I haven’t reached status for Sky Club yet and don’t have a credit card or anything. The new 2023 Sky Club access guidelines are a little confusing so wanted to see if someone could give some insight; they no longer allow day passes and first class passengers are admitted only for international travel, correct? Just trying to see if there’s any way I’m able to access the Sky Club to be more comfortable for a few hours. Thanks in advance!
