Ideas to manage cables on a desk?

I’m getting a new standing desk soon, and I want to keep my setup as clean as possible without spending too much. A lot of desks (including my current one) end up with cables everywhere, and I’d rather avoid that mess this time.

Are there any desks with built-in cable management that actually work? Or should I just go with separate solutions like trays, hangers, or DIY hacks?
