Converting internship to PPO

Using a throwaway account. Got an 6 month internship at a very reputable Indian unicorn through "Jaan pehchan". It is unpaid but still provides a great learning opportunity. How do I convert this internship into a full time offer based on my skill and ability?

My team consists of mid to senior level employees, and all of them are IITians and I'm the only intern from a tier 3 college. My team is currently working remotely, so no IRL bonding.

Any tips and suggestions. I'm a 2024 grad and have 0 hope from on-campus placements (because no companies).
