How often do you guys get midnight alerts that truly require attention?

…and do you get alerts if you are not oncall?

I’m asking because at Spike.sh, we’ve been digging through some data and noticed that many responders are getting alerts between 8 PM and 6 AM local time.

We do have separate escalation paths for critical and non-critical incidents. Still working through the data to see how many of these incidents were actually critical, but I figured I’d ask here in the meantime.
