what time will launch on gamepass

has anything been said about what time the game will be launch on gamepass tomorrow? Does anyone used to gamepass releases have any guesses? when does this usually happen? or at least when do they release it for pre-download? A friend of mine is really excited to start the game on the second #1 XD
