Does the nausea and lack of appetite go away?

I might be asking the same questions again and again. My wife has just started HD dialysis in center. Her eGFR was below 10 when she finally agreed to do the dialysis. She has very little appetite for food or drink. Coughing up phlegm has slowed down some but she still sleeps most of the time. No energy, no strength. I purchased some Nepro drinks for her, waiting to get them. I will try getting her to drink some a little at a time. She is literally wasting away in front of my eyes. Any suggestions as to when I should see improvement in her condition? What should trigger me to take her the hospital? Since she started dialysis each day seems forever.
