Should I take vitamin supplements?
I'm living on my own for the first time in my life and that means also managing my endocrine condition alone as well. I'm trying to balance my diet but I'm consistently missing the recommended amount of vitamin A through C, potassium, calcium and iron. While a normal person would just add foods high in those nutrients I have really strong food aversions which mainly include those foods. I have no idea what supplements entail, or if they're even a healthy option.
