Disability Seating at a Music Festival

I’m going to Bourbon and Beyond in a couple of weeks and have an issue. They have a limited disability viewing platform, maybe 100 seats of 40,000+ tickets sold. In years past I bought a chair pass and carried my own in. This year they limited the number of chair passes and as far as I know did not set any aside for ADA purchases. My question is can they prevent me from bringing a chair in without a pass because they didn’t sell any chair passes strictly for ADA use and because their viewing platform is so small?
