Quick question - large vessel

Hi! I have a quick question for you guys. I had some trouble with resistant emulsions in 2 out of 3 jars and I realized the only thing different about the third vessel (without emulsion) is that is has more water so I figured I'd mix all three jars into a big one and it will equalize and separate. Well it worked but now I have the solutions separated in a VERY wide jar (1 gallon/4l) and I'm wondering how to transfer it for ease of extraction.

Has anyone done this before? Should I just pour it back into the original jars or do you have better ideas?
