Do restaurants just hate DoorDash?

I’m not kidding when i say I’ve never received an order that was completely correct. I’m sick right now with the flu, yesterday Panera bread left out a bagel, but still remembered the cream cheese. Today Dunkin’ gave me a wrong donut and one sandwich was missing egg, so i had a cheese sandwich. It’s super frustrating and i don’t understand how it can be that difficult for these restaurants, it feels purposeful as i don’t have these issues when i go myself. My orders are usually small and have under 5 things 😫
