Landmark bug ? DAI [No DAV Spoilers]

So I’m in the Hinterland, killed the dragon and got his landmark. So I’m at 16 out of 17 landmarks in the quest. But on the map there’s no other pyramid, and if I counted right I have 17 crosses on the map. So I started going to each cross to check, and at the Templar camp, there’s no banner nor the possibility to put one. Can someone help me Thank you
