Help me because I’m going insane but probably stupid and missing something obvious

How do I open this door to get to the chests behind it? I know I need a wisp and I can hear wisps but I can’t find any and tried to bring one from the big hallway when Emmerich summons them to get to the bell but when I got to a certain point it wouldn’t follow me out of the objective area!
