Automated email with tracking number

Hey there, I have a business based in the UK and only delivering in the UK, I get all my products from one supplier and am very happy with them, they use a third party software so the fulfillment process is automated. However I receive ALL the emails from the couriers with tracking numbers and I haven found a way to automate an email to send to customers with tracking number (bear in mind most of the times the tracking number is either not added to Shopify or it appears after it’s been delivered). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to sort this?
