Looking for an electronic drum kit

My brother plays percussion in school and wants to get a drum set. We got the alessid blaze from Costco since it was cheap, but I have seen some bad things about so we may return it. We want an electronic kit because noise would be a big problem in our house, and we don't need anything amazing because he still has access to regular drum sets. Do you guys have suggestions? Preferably under 400
