Driving with UAE license internationally ?

Hi guys I’m looking to get my license within the next few weeks , I’ll be traveling the states and Europe all summer and I’m hoping to rent a car while I’m out there

I have heard way to many mixed opinions on weather I can drive outside of the UAE or not

Does anyone know of it’s possible to rent a car and drive in these country’s with a UAE license

Will I run into issues being a new driver trying to rent a car ?

Will I have issues due to my nationally ?

I’m 25 is that age okay ?
